I have Logitech mouse and kb, running Logitech Gaming Software at startup. Was kind of hoping I wouldn't have to go through that ordeal though. Tested several different keyboards/mice plugged directly into the mo-bo USB-ports, no change.įormat system drive and reinstall Windows is the last resort here, it seems. I've gone throug all the "no-brainer" troubleshoots, but the problem persist. I concider my self an advanced user, and have been around since late MS-DOS. What can I do?I have the exact same issue. I've reset it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I've restarted my computer. It's the most annoying with Sticky Notes, because unlike most other Windows apps, I actually use it a lot (or at least I used to before it starting messing up). Settings is fine, though, and I don't use any of the others, so idk about them. It only does this in default Windows apps such as Sticky Notes, Photos, and Store. It's constantly flickering between selection of various buttons, and I can't do anything. In this case, uninstall these third-party screen lock apps.I can't click on anything or type anything because it's as if the tab key is stuck. For example, the screen may jump to the lock screen or camera screen. Some third-party one-touch screen lock apps may be incompatible with your device's lock screen, causing the screen to respond inaccurately.

Otherwise, the touchscreen may jump randomly.

Ensure that there are no sources of electromagnetic fields nearby, such as microwaves or electromagnetic ovens. It's also recommended that you remove the device's protective case to address the issue. If the issue occurs only when your device is charging via a third-party charger or data cable, replace the charger or data cable with a Huawei standard one. It's recommended that you switch to a power supply with a stable voltage.
